A renaissance of style
in the Heart of San Francisco
Welcome To Villa Florence, A Union Square Hotel
Taking its design cue from the style and sophistication of a modern-day villa in Florence, Villa Florence offers San Francisco’s only contemporary Italian-inspired boutique hotel experience in the heart of downtown. Located just steps from Union Square, this charming urban retreat blends European flair with the dynamic energy of a major metropolitan city. Its 189 guest rooms and junior suites, imaginatively designed by ForrestPerkins, are a celebration of Florentine contemporary style, while the fresh Italian flavors of Kuleto’s and Bar Norcini channel the romance and revelry of the Tuscan countryside.

The room was very quiet. Although it was a small room, it had everything I needed. The room was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I love the location--very close to to everything. The restaurant, Kulutos, serves delicious food. I enjoyed a great veal dinner ther.
"“Lovely hotel in a great location”"
Beautiful hotel with excellent customer service right in the heart of Union Square. Staff really wants to make sure guests enjoy their stay. Comfy bed. Complimentary champagne and chocolate every night. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!
"“Great accomodations and staff”"
The Villa Florence was everything and little bit more than I expected. Great atmosphere, service and accomodations. The location was perfect for seeing many of the most notable sites in the city by foot.

Fantastic hotel in a super location just off Union Square and close to Powell Street station. You can walk to virtually all of the major City attractions from here and the historic tram starts from just down the street. Great bar and restaurant too.
